Appetizer: Crostini with Olive Mushroom Pate topped with roasted fennel, leeks and microgreens
Salad: Farro with grilled endives and white beans topped with roasted grapes
Entree: Coconut ginger curry with roasted carrots, kabocha squash rings, shaved thai chiles, parsnip, Garnish: sesame crispy kale or shaved cucumber marinated w toasted sesame etc
Dessert: Pear or apple upside down cake/tort with coconut whip/cream and toasted coconut
