Appetizer:

Share a Vegan Cheese Board.

Enjoy an assortment of: house made vegan blue cheese, vegan lavender blueberry chevre, and  fresh vegan mozzarella paired with, kalamata olives, pecans, jam, and toasted ciabatta crostini.

Soup choice:

Onion Soup   

This soup will make you cry happy tears! It's loaded with savory flavors from caramelized onions, broth infused ciabatta crostini not (GF) and bubbly gooey coconut  'cheese'.

OR

Not “Lobster”BisqueWe used hearts of palm to replicate a lobster like texture and  it is over the top!

Salad choice:

Beet Hearts and Oranges salad(GF)   

Kale, oranges, heart shaped  roasted beets, sunflower seeds and carrot ginger dressing.

OR

Balsamic Kale salad(GF)

Refreshing combination of kale, apples, and dried cranberries in lemony balsamic dressing, served with chickpea bake on a side

Intermezzo:

Coconut Ceviche  

Meat to young coconut marinated in lime juice with red onions, bell peppers and cilantro.

Entree choice:

Stuffed Bell Pepper (GF

Red Bell pepper stuffed with red quinoa, veggies, and our famous Gluten and Soy Free sausages.

Baked in Marinara sauce garnished with fresh basil, sunflower sour cream, on a bed of sauteed kale.

OR

Chestnut Apricot, Cranberries, & Squash Napoleon (GF)

Precisely layered Napoleon served on a bed of sauteed kale.

Dessert:

Apple Cages for 2

Apple covered in cinnamon sugar wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden brown

Red Wine Sangria for 2

Made from an infusion of red wine berries and fruits.
