About the event
Isiah has been in the kitchen since he was a young boy helping his mother cook and cultivated his love of food cooking for his family. After high school, he transformed his passion into a career at the Culinary Institute of Virginia. A vegan for seven years, Isiah is passionate about adapting all his favorite recipes into vegan delights.
For this class, Isiah will teach you how to cook his signature dish: vegan crab cakes. He developed the recipe as an homage to his Virginia upbringing and is excited to share it with you. You’ll learn to create mock crabmeat, batter, and fry these delectable crab cakes, as well as a creamy vegan tartar sauce for serving. They make an incredible appetizer, entree, and all-around crowd-pleaser.
This is paid class and if we have less than 20 participants the class will be canceled.
